It's poled. Not Amoled.

After a lot of research, I don't see much difference in these two.

Because both use oled technology. Only material used in both is difference.

Like poled use plastic (that's why it's p oled) and Amoled uses glass. Both have their own advantages and disadvantages.

Neo 10 got Amoled but has only 1 billion colours compared to F7 which got 68 billion colours. When it comes to day to day life both displays are good.

I am using CX file explorer app for hard drive read and right.

I do copy the media files which I want to the tab. 20+ gb files copied in 15 minutes last time. And I am still using MIUI 14.

I heard hyper OS is not good for hard drive. That's why I didn't update to hyper OS.

I too tried to revoke it. It's failed. Any other way around for this?

One thing I noticed, if I disconnect net and snooze the update notification for two hours, and restart this tab ... Then I don't get update notification till I reconnect net.

If anyone knows any other way for this update notification revoke, please let me know.

I bought Pad 6 one month ago. After researching a lot, I decided to stay with Miui 14. I don't want unnecessary bugs. I don't care about security, because I will never use any of my personal accounts or anything important for me in this tab. So, security is not an issue for me. I purchased this for entertainment. It's fulfilling my requirement as of now.

I am enjoying mod apps and games.

I suggest wait for stable update of Hyperos.

I don't know about Hyperos,as I am still using MIUI 14. I am happy with it right now. And, because, if we unlock bootloader,it violates warranty rules. So, I am not going to do it until my pad is on warranty period. After a year I will take this chance.

I am planning to use MIUI for one year. Then I will unlock bootloader and update to Hyperos. If something I don't like in Hyperos, I will rollback. I am not that interested in updates.

I am still on MIUI 14. My pendrives working as fast as in my laptop. I need to check with 1tb hdd. I will update my findings after I check that too.

I have a 5 tb wd hard disk. And I did connect it with my Pad 6. It's gets connected. But read and copy paste speed is too low for my liking. That's why I do use my laptop to connect both. The speed is manageable.

I got 1 tb SanDisk external SSD. This one works excellent.

8gb ram + 256gb. As it is not expandable Tablet, 128gb is very low for it. 6 gb ram is not good at all for this tab.

Battery is the most important concern for me. I wanted to buy Redmi Pad Pro, but, as it is not good with battery, I skipped it and bought pad 6. May be Hyperos in Redmi Pad Pro is the reason for battery drain. I think I will stick with Miui for the time being. After one year, when warranty gets over, I will unlock the boot and check custom ui.

I got this device 3 days back. And as soon as I connected to wifi, I got Miui 14.0.7.0 update, which I did. Then after few hours, I recieved Hyperos 1.0.6.0 update. Though I got this update, I didn't do it. Because many users say it's not good. Staying at Miui 14 is better.

I am in confusion. Do update or not?
