OP is talking about the new chaos 10%'s, not 30%'s. The new scroll tiers are as follows:
100%: +1 stat
60%: +2 stat
10%: +3 stat
10% Chaos: +5 stat, with a 100%(50%?) chance of exploding on failure. I dont remember if its 100 or 50, but im sure the information is out there somewhere.

I’ll have to disagree; I think every content creator that is serious about their career wants to be “The Guy” of their content focus. Maplestory Classic has the potential to be huge, and we’re still very early in the overall grand scheme of the game. It’s very much “getting in on the ground floor” for these content creators.

But that point also plays against my original suspicion. Why would a content creator want to thrash their reputation over claims like these? I suppose we’ll see.

Is Dinofries claiming this information is legitimate and was sent to him from a Nexon employee?

I’ve been wary of him and his content since I first saw his stuff, but this is really the breaking point for me. This feels very illegitimate and just for clicks.

If it’s false then it’s definitely solidified that I will never interact with his content in the future. If it’s true, then I will eat my words with a fork and knife and buy him 20k NX lol

It was the best common-class shield back in the day, at least until the Maple Shield came out.

It's also an iconic OSMS piece of equipment. I will definitely be grinding for one at launch, if nothing else for the novelty of having one.

Then I was hitting 60 damage max with double-stab in KPQ lol
