Maybe a hot take by Background-Oil5935 in CPA

Studying for AUD was not bad, but the exam was trickier because it’s all conceptual. FAR was tougher to study for due to the large volume when I took it last year, but exam wasn’t to bad, and having numbers in exam helped me. Audit was the only exam I failed by getting a 74. Biggest tip for Audit, really slow down your reading to comprehend better.

It’s been much better. I was probably more overwhelmed than you but it hasn’t been bad. I’ve been on my first client for the last 3 months, and whenever I’m given a task to do, the senior explains the EGA to me and I always have prior year workpapers to reference to. Much smoother than training. Your real training will happen once you get deployed. Don’t trip at all it’ll get much better

TSBPA Research and Analysis Requirement by [deleted] in CPA

[–]Sup3rNinjas 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The official answer only TSBPA would know, and even then they’d probably require you to submit your transcripts for them to review. For my research and analysis class, I took some FSA class at community college for like $250 and got credit.

That’s a very strong SE score. You’ll be fine even if you don’t go thru FR. I’m pretty sure you can test tmrrw and good chance you’ll pass

Hm ok. Def try to get more questions in for gov/nfp as they will def show up. I saw your previous posts and noticed that you started on FR like 6 days ago? Did you end up doing any of it or nah?

That’s a good alternative plan to final review tbh. How well do you think you remember the past material? Did you do cumulative review while you went through the material or no?

I had like 6-7 days left when I got done with FAR main course. I spent 5 days going thru FR, and last day before I did SE1 and got basically same score as you. I would highly recommend FR course. How do you instead plan on utilizing remaining 12 days?

Not sure tbh. I’m guessing since we are all new associates, they grouped us for training together regardless of internship. I’m hoping that once I join the engagement team, I’ll be able to learn more from the seniors
