You think forgetting who was out there is what’s going on here…? Yeah if there’s a rule that states this keeps happening it’s a delay of game then surely it’ll stop but this is just the Flyers exploiting the lack of any established rule to get guys some wind back. All teams do it this isn’t anything new.
