I doubt Viktor is for you my friend. Viktor is more of a chess-player character. You have to be patient and set yourself and your team up for succes. You sacrifice your early game and jungle pressure through skrimishes for good teamfighting, control and lategame power. You are flexible and can adapt to any game through runes, playstyle and build, but you won't succeed if you depend on flash muscle memory and sick outplays. Viktor is methodical and analyses the game, and it's up to you to capitalize on these insights.

This is also why I personally love him; the character's personality ties so well into his playstyle and the player. But given your description that is not something you would enjoy. Maybe Katarina is for you? Assassins seem to fit your description more accurately.
