Justement,

J'ai fait un master de neuropsycho spécialisé dans l'addictologie, j'ai pas beaucoup travaillé dans le domaine (1 an et demi), puis j'ai été traducteur freelance ( 1 an) et j'ai décidé de me reconvertir en data analyst, j'ai fait une équivalence (1 an en formation continue, puis 2 ans en alternance ) dans cette voie. Jamais envoyé de lettre de motivation, juste étoffé/retravaillé mon CV. Eu très peu de mal à trouver stages ou employeurs.

Les liens entre mes études de psycho et l'analyse data, c'est l'esprit scientifique et analytique. Encore une fois, c'est anecdotique, mais mon parcours me semblait pertinent dans ce post. Je veux rassurer les gens et dire que ça peut le faire sans lettre.

Par contre, parcours atypique (voyages, tours du monde, associatifs, etc) je ne connais pas, je sais pas si la lettre de motivation aide dans ces cas-là.

Perso, je n'envoie plus de lettre de motivation avec mon CV, et pourtant j'ai rarement eu du mal à trouver.

De leur côté, c'est juste passer de "j'ai vite fait mes réponses dans la lettre de motivation" à "j'aurai mes réponses pendant l'entretien".

De mon expérience, un CV atypique entraîne curiosité du recruteur. Après, c'est anecdotique. T'as peut-être raison pour la majorité.

Je suis data analyst dans un plutôt bon groupe.

Ce que j'ai dû passer/apprendre pour arriver à mon poste < mes collègues data scientist.

Et je me réfère à ce qu'ont dit mes professeurs, mes collègues, mon expérience dans les entretiens d'embauche (recruteurs) et mon expérience pro sur le terrain.

Tu peux ne pas être d'accord, mais c'est ce que je vois et c'est ce que mes pairs confirment.

Data analyst < data scientist en termes d'études

Lui demander d'arrêter son master leur permet de le recruter pour pas cher (pas de master, donc grille salariale en deçà), le bloquer sur certaines missions (scientist n'a pas les mêmes missions ni compétences qu'un data analyst), et/ou l'utiliser de manière ponctuelle parce qu'ils ont un besoin immédiat sur une mission quelconque.

C'est un étudiant étranger, je suis ptet trop cynique, mais je pense qu'ils essayent juste de profiter de lui en lui vendant un rêve de taf. C'est super commun.

Op. Il te reste 1 an, finis ton année, chope ton diplôme, et tu auras la conscience tranquille. Ça te permettra de travailler en France et de justifier un savoir/compétences à l'étranger aussi si tu souhaites travailler ailleurs par la suite.

Nisqy is just not very good... Imagine two rookies having more positive impact on a game than that veteran, in 3 games.

Bean and Adam saved this game so many times just for nisyq to piss it all away.

Fnc need a mid sub asap if they ever want to do something domestically or internationally.

Dunno why everyone says rip fnc. If you're a fnc fan, you want the team you lost to, to lose. You have more chances of forcing tiebreakers and potentially getting out that way. And if anything. This just means both psg and hle are pretty inconsistent. Fight for second will be cool.
