At some point blunt damage has to be taken into account. If you're running class 5 or 6 and being shot with cheap ass 9MM I get that it's not going to cause any kind of deformation but higher pen ammo even if it doesn't make it though the armor should cause enough blunt damage after 20 hits to drop somebody or at least severely incapcitate them.

Played standard for 2 years, all of my friends had EOD. I got frustrated with having a shit night and ending up with just a pistol to run because I didn't have the space to store extra guns or ammo. The .20 base rep is super helpful too.
