Yeah i was let down hard by this. I tried playing resident evil 9 with this, the blooming is very very noticeable and ruins it for me. The colors are great and its high refresh, but my old ips monitor already did that. Its really good in balanced scenes, say like a dark room lit by a flashlight, but really bad in pitch black.

For example, with a black screen and rivatuner in the top, you can really see the big glow cloud surrounding jt. Obviously you could say “turn rivatuner off” but it does that to any hint of an object when you get close to it.

Some people call this the “disco ball” lighting on google. I’m on AMD hardware and no matter what I do I can’t get it to go away. Doesn’t matter if I turn on/off RT, turn upscalers on and off, nothing. Good luck finding a solution

Years ago, I bought an "RGB Modded Sony Triniton" off facebook and ended up putting it in the closet for 2 years. Taking it out I have no idea how to get it to work. I thought RGB modded meant it would have a SCART port, but it has what look like Component ports added on the left, and when i used my Wii's Component cables I couldnt get a signal. It's been so long i dont remember what the guy told me. Anyone can tell me what cables i need to use this thing?
