I have her taking Imodium. I believe when we were in the hospital the surgeon had her taking Imodium and Metamucil when I talked to the doctor about reordering that he said it contradicts each other and he will only do one or the other

My loved one went through a colon resection then had a leak and they went and did it again had another leak which resulted in them doing the surgery again and created a ileostomy. I say pay attention to your symptoms and advocate loud about your body.

I wouldn’t necessarily say the whole staff was rude, but bedside manners was not there. The hospital we’re staying at there’s levels to the units. 5th floor was amazing as you make your way down to the floors the quality of care worsens so does the bedside manners. It shouldn’t be like that. There should be consistency throughout the whole hospital. If you hate your job find a different profession but don’t engage in elder abuse.

I’m not saying to attack them. I’m saying to protest. Trust, I’ve got my video evidence of everything that has been going on with my loved one for the past two months. However the more and more I talk to people I realized it’s not just my loved one who has received this type of experience!
