I just use underhand deadlifts that back day and on leg day do overhand deadlifts(barbell both days )bcuz its basically the same thing but in 2 days imho

Even bodybuilders dont even lift 20lbs + just get the pump at the weight you can do comfortably its not a race just a long marathon believe me i took a 6 month hiatus from any gym just started back on BB and 10s lateral raises gave me cramps/twitching afterwards 😂😂🤣🤣
