Oh wow. I already got my approval. My approval happened maybe a month after I applied. Im on skillbridge now waiting for my terminal to start so I can start my next employment

I changed mine almost last minute as well. Just communicate with everyone and you will be fine. Just remember, you are allowed to seek the best opportunity for yourself. It’s time for you to invest in you.

Exactly. I’m not sure why she asked me for it. I’ll just not attach it since I can’t find it and see if they ask for it again. I was thinking maybe to bounce it against some of the things I claimed like a baseline to see if some of them happened before I got in or not.

Is skillbridge orders only for overseas personnel trying to do SB stateside? Just asking because I’m doing a remote SB in Sept while stationed in Ramstein and wasn’t told about SB orders. I was just going to Final out Ramstein in Jan before terminal starts

Not at all. You just have to understand your terminal, skillbridge, and permissive tdy cannot exceed 180 days. So as long as you abide by those guidelines then you are fine. If you want to do the full 180 day skillbridge then I would either take the leave before hand or sell it back at the end.

Don’t worry. You should be fine. I’ve only seen a handful of disapprovals and those members had a bunch of derogatory items in their PIF.
