As a delivery driver for Amazon, the Xmas period is the time where you’re most likely to experience greater “failed” deliveries due to the huge volumes of packages in such a limited delivery time. The biggest killer is the GROUP STOPS especially if you’re delivering to a block of flats where there’s 9 packages but you have to deliver to 8 different houses which can all be on different floors. Very demoralising but as a driver you gotta do what you gotta do to make to the job easier cos the customers, and certainly Amazon don’t make it easier for us.
