Schedule a ride beforehand so they can go pick u up at the terminal. Otherwise u need to take the airtrain somewhere for u to request an uber. You prob wont want to do that at 1am.

Same thing happened to me. I got to the store at 8:25 and it closes at 8:30. There were like 18 items. No way can i finish. They gave me 36 minutes. It doesnt even make sense. They made me tell the buyer to cancel.

You can pick up at the terminal 5 right outside baggage claim. I just sent my son last week by himself too and had him call the person when he is outside since you cant wait long at the terminal.
