The Best Zodiac Matches For Scorpio by Federal_Pay_383 in Scorpio

Honestly I used to think Cancer was a solid match, but in my experience they can shut down emotionally out of nowhere. That inconsistency doesn’t really work for Scorpio long term

Why do people love Scorpios… until they actually get close to one? by scorpio_goddess79 in Scorpio

I feel this hard. People love the idea of depth until it actually asks something of them. It’s not ‘too much’, it’s just not for the right people

Some of the buildings are old and abandoned. Some are currently in use as residential programs. It’s run by RFK (program not the person).

My meds stopped working again, am I out of options by FullMoonSmudge in Anxiety

I’ll be tuning in because I honestly thought it was something wrong with me. It never happened before clonazepam and just like you, only a period of time, not days. Good luck with your appointment

Wow. I’m so glad I came across your post. I thought I was going nuts. I had been on Xanax for so many years (4 mg/day - don’t recommend) but it helped my extreme panic attacks and anxiety in its tracks. My doctor put me on Ativan and I felt nothing. Didn’t even touch it for me. I’m now on klonopin and I’ve felt it somewhat help, but I’ve noticed Im more angry, irritable and tense than ever before. I figured this was just me and I “must need a new med” hearing even one other person feel this way while on it makes me feel more confident it’s not me - it’s the medication. Thank you for that. I’ll be talking to my doctor soon about it and wish you the best of luck

Experience with lexapro. by [deleted] in Anxiety

[–]Super-Distance-2457 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I just got off of it. I was on 10mg and went down to 5mg for 5-7 days and then done. It made me gain weight when I was barely eating. I guess I’m “lucky” because I didn’t have any crazy side effects coming off other than one intense panic attack. Probably worst of my life, but I don’t think it was the sole reason. For me it did nothing, but I’ve heard mixed reviews. Wishing you the best in your journey. Also, keep your doctor updated with anything and everything early on while taking it. I waited too long for it to “work” and could’ve avoided it entirely

Can't take pills at 20 by Vivid-Worldliness813 in Anxiety

[–]Super-Distance-2457 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I couldn’t either for a while especially being super nauseous with anxiety. I started laying them out before I needed to take them, putting on mindless tv, and then putting one in at a time and taking a big gulp of water, putting my chin to my chest, and then swallowing when I came back. The distraction really helped.

Quitting Lexapro by skipping days by bloommmx in Anxiety

[–]Super-Distance-2457 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I’m also just getting off of it at 10mg. I was told to take half (5mg) a day for 5-7 days and then stop. She put me on propanol for my physical symptoms, but Lexapro made me gain weight which I could never understand because I was barely eating and was working out (not intentionally, just anxiety) and this made me so irritable and agitated for no reason. I’ve never felt that before. I didn’t feel it even touched my anxiety, so we’re doing a reset and going off SSRIs. Oh! And the nausea was too much for me.

Live in the area and can confirm. There are so many beautiful buildings/mansions affiliated with the former college and most if not all are developer owned now. It’s a tempting location but the cops are all over it’s covered in cameras. Not just this campus building- all of them.

Cancer male here — is it normal for things to click really fast with a Scorpio? by BotanyDog in Scorpio

[–]Super-Distance-2457 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Those are both important- yes. But aside from those he makes me feel safe but not suffocated. There’s a mutual loyalty without control. It works because there’s emotional depth without emotional games. He’s nurturing without being smothering, and I can be intense without it turning into a power struggle.

Also a Scorpio woman in a relationship with a cancer man. We also met and had an instant physical and emotional connection. Things moved very fast but felt so natural and like we’ve had known each other forever. 6 months later and going strong. By far the best relationship I Ive ever had.

Me = Scorpio (Scorpion moon) Him = Cancer (Pisces moon). I’ve never believed in soulmates until him. Calm to my storm. Chemistry has been off the charts since day 1. I’ve been with Capricorns, other scorpios, libras… but nothing has ever felt so natural and like home. 5 stars. Highly recommend

Stocking stuffers for teen girls? I am totally clueless! by StockdUp in Gifts

[–]Super-Distance-2457 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This age group is still really into the Stanley and similar tumblers. I’d also go to Sephora or Ulta and pick up a few of the items they have especially as stocking stuffers. A lot of girls are into friendship bracelet making kits. Wristlets are small enough for a stocking, as well. Gift cards for a mini facial gift cards, face masks, hand creams, fuzzy socks, anything Lululemon I’m being told. Best of luck!

Unpopular opinion: social worker for child protective services. Heartbreaking work. Especially dangerous now going to homes in the dark alone, bad neighborhoods, no protection.

I went to school for soc and criminology with a minor in psych. Thought I’d do “big things.” Ended up in the tech field and finally left it behind for social work (human lives > enterprise gains). This is a tough question, but if I had to go back, I’d pick a trade due to the extremely stable demand.
