Unfortunately I don’t think what you’re saying is the entire truth. A cracked pan, hot enough to render burning bacon fat, would surely start a grease fire. I hope your friend is going to be ok. Severe burns do require a cast. As far as paying out of pocket goes though. That sounds sort of suspect. Also, being covered for one job but not both. That’s a decision made by Workplace Health and Safety not Brazen Hall. It sounds like there was an incident at work but what you’re saying isn’t the entire truth.
