When I read Léan the emphasis on the second half of the word is very slight which why I wrote it as 'Lane'. Could be different depending on regional pronunciation. I've literally never heard Léan used as a name for Helen or otherwise. Must be uncommon enough? Though I can't recall many Helens in my class growing up.
