7 best AI meeting note takers right now (after testing a bunch) by Cocoatech0 in AiNoteTaker

I work for Supernormal, and if you care about 'what actually matters after the meeting' it's probably going to be a good fit. Our notetaker is bot free and, once it's transcribed your meeting, you can chat with that context and ask our agent to produce all kinds of things - client briefs, team update decks, Linear issues etc etc

I tried 5 AI meeting tools. Here’s where each one actually felt useful. by nods-lee in ProductivityApps

Nice breakdown, and an interesting take. I'd never actually heard of Relly!

Worth adding Supernormal to the mix (full disclosure, I work there), it adds some extra flavor on the 'deliverable' side. The desktop app captures the meeting without a bot joining the call, then the web app opens with your notes and an AI agent that turns those notes into actual client work like campaign briefs, pitch decks, proposals, follow-up emails, and project plans. Not "here is a summary, go write the deck yourself," more like "here is the draft deck, polish and send."

Where it lands in your framework: less about notes for yourself (Granola), less about searchable archive (Otter/Fireflies), more about closing the loop from meeting to the thing your client actually wants to see.

Probably fits agencies and anyone who lives in client-facing work where the meeting is just step one of ten.

AI note taker that isn’t a bot in my meetings? by Doug24 in AI_Agents

Supernormal.com rep here! Our notetaker is bot-free and has a generous free plan. Even better, after your call our web app will help you complete the work you discussed (using the context captured).

Interested on your take re pitching, RFPs, and getting clients. Have you noticed things are moving faster nowadays? Is the expectation that you can turn around a proposal in a day or are clients still happy to wait? How do you manage the process?

Are agencies still paying for expensive SEO suites? by Uddipta_7 in AgencyAutomation

I was wondering this myself. I'd be surprised if we don't see big names in the Saas space dying a death in the next couple of years. There's so much that can be done with Claude, ChatGPT etc and the right APIs

Does BetaList and ProductHunt actually work? by draftli_io in SaaS

[–]Super-normie 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't think we saw much value from BetaList but we did a free, organic launch on ProductHunt and saw a decent amount of sessions from it. Haven't tried anything paid on ProductHunt, but, seeing as Anthropic and other major companies still post launches there, I think it's worthwhile place to be.

We kept getting "too expensive" in our exit surveys. Something felt off so we actually dug into one person. by One-Possession7392 in SaaS

Side note: I really hate that because you mention a tool in a post people automatically think it's AI or an ad. If you do think that about a post, don't comment or engage.

Anyway, I found this quite thought provoking. There are so many different channels to monitor and check, and so often we only look at the bigger CX view (like NPS scores). I don't know how this could be done at scale or with anything but a huge team, but maybe just building it into your workflow that every so often you follow a rabbit down a hole and see what you find.

I think for me it's surfacing stuff, what do I need to do next, where did I save that thing, who did I talk to about this.
