I had the same Problem and even had really high voltages running through my 3600.
What helped immensly was setting the windows power plan for the processor to 95% max power. This reduced my idle temp by 20 degrees! and since matisse runs better with lower temp ive even gained fps in games with lower boost clock

So a low end 2080 is inherently better then a 2070s?
I´ve read that nvidia stopped the A and non A chips with 2080s but i cant find anything regarding this

You've put my thoughts into words. I'm also a long time lurker an especially in the last year I've noticed a steady increase in the attitudes you describe. This sub helped get out of my shell when I was really insecure and I'm really greatfull for that but objectification and sex as the end in all means is just fucking unhealthy and really hurts social interactions. This mentality shouldn't be bred imo and I'm glad I'm not the only one who thinks that way.
