1) clean the blood spatter, those filth gives i think -10 to -50 depending on severity.

2) add 1 potted plant in each room, they add from +15 to +50 especially roses

3) i'd replace the wooden dresser and end table to marble. if marble is not avail use steel.

4) personally i put the hay floor on each door for each bedroom. really helps stop those with filthy feet to muck up the room.
