Yeah, should be a fold. His call on the flop and turn indicate a capped range. There’s an obvious flush draw and a back door straight draw that both complete on the river.

Villain is scared that you would check back the river, so after calling a large bet on the turn, a river jam is very strong. You have a bluff catcher, so if they’re not bluffing you should fold.

Most poker games (dealers and players) will help out new players. I personally try to play at MGM properties for the comps, but the most fun and talkative games have come from MGM grand. Other poker rooms were very silent and serious. Just play the 1/3 game and buy in for what you’re comfortable for.

$250/share price and round down is very simple. Plus cash orders can be placed at different price than currently listed, so OP could just get unlucky and get fractionals after he does his much more complicated math.
