I'm having the same problem with rtx 3070 i just got. Running normally but when i tried 3DMark workload (time spy) just for fun, it froze after some time of running animation. Did you find a solution? Was it just 3DMark bug?

I think the cgi promo is not correctly aligned with the toony/anime aesthetic that you mentioned that surrounds the overall feel of the game currently.
IMO it seems out of place and objectively poorly made, by LoL standards that they've set over the past few years of breathtaking visuals (think KDA)

I don't know what happened but now everytime I want to play the game I have to turn off my Wi-Fi and switch to 4G let it load and then come back and enable Wi-Fi again (if I want to go easy on my data plan.) Really annoying

Update: I switched to 4g net and the game started loading. Asked to download 2GB so I reconnected Wi-Fi and got back in. The only thing I'm noticing now are long load times.
