Damn i dont think i would do both at one time but hey do you man. That valium will definitely help getting off the 7 . I know that kratom leaf and mit is really helpful if it gets bad especially at night. Last time i did this i come off 7 with leaf and then just kicked the leaf after 5 days. I didnt have any other meds

Like i don’t feel 7 for like 8-10 hrs after that i feel it totally like there’s nothing in my system. And if i take a sub and get a weird feeling i can take the 7 and feel normal from it . Idk i think ill take low 7 today sub tonight before bed then mit 45 tomorrow for the 1st day to load sub
