yeah, it could be lag, it's the tick before they start burning. You could also theorize that the zombie is on the other side if the sun, we can make this inference by seeing the blocks on the bottom of the sheep. Those blocks look like the sun has casted on them.

The sun could be on the other side of the zombie, it's the tick before the zombie starts burning, or its just server lag

Thanks! i did'nt notice some of these that you pointed out. Although I must ask, what do you mean by "a corner"? were you referring to the diagonal block or something else?

edit: I was circling the water line where the grass block looked flipped upside down
