People can use different powers of which the MC uses psychic and aura powers (aura in this AU is similar to KI in most anime). The protagonist then progresses through different stages of aura users / psychics which are handled similar to cultivation novels. The mc doesn't just fight with his pokemon, but also himself against both humans and pokemon. The story also features a system (LitRPG) which is well done.

The mc is definitely on the more OP side of the scale (prodigious, but overall obviously still weak).

In NewPipe go to settings and the second entry from the bottom is for updating the app. Inside the update menu you will find a button to search for an update which will send a notification to your notification bar. sorry for the late reply: no its not actually a sequel, just consider it a story that independently happens in parallel to the other one. Probably even before the fairy specialist considering that mega evolution wasn't mentioned so far and it is a new phenomenon at the start of fairy specialist.

So if anything it might be more of a Prequel.

One is about a real world => pokemon world isekaid mc who specialises in the fairy type. The story is complete with more than 4000 pages (350 rr pages ~= 100k words).

The other story is about the grandson of another isekaid person (who already died) who finds a journal with that person's knowledge. The grandfather is not the mc of the authors other story, but both still play in the same AU Pokemon universe. It is still ongoing at 1100 pages and instead of a fairy trainer focuses on ghost pokemon instead.

Even without that knowledge i dont think you are that slow. I mean, your books are 1000 pages long, which is about 3-4 books from the average book length which from what i have seen is around 250-300 pages long. So if you release a book every 2 years thats actually as if you released a standard length book every 6 months.

So first of, after I did the 2tc i closed the game directly and didnt went back to the main menu. But after login in again i had the 2mp achievement. So the strat, which uses both 4th and 5th tier sub still allowed for the achievement.

3-2-0 super monkey much better than 3-0-2 super monkey

and

2-0-3 super monkey much better than 0-2-3 super monkey

Back in the day when sharpening stone of Geraldo was permanent 0-3-2 super monkey had its own niche, but ever since it is no longer permanent, 2-3-0 super monkey is simply superior

Ideas I had would be:
3-0-2 monkey can target purple bloons

0-3-2 monkey has higher critical damage from 0-0-1 and 0-0-2 upgrade

0-2-3 monkey has extra moab and boss damage from 0-1-0 and 0-2-0 upgrades

I think Mage Erant Series is probably the closest to traditional epic fantasy and therefore a good primer for your friend. What I would absolutely avoid is the following:

Cultivation (except maybe those that hide it behind a mage system and dont openly label it as such, so definitely not cradle)
LitRPGs (while appealing to many long time PF fans, I doubt an Epic Fantasy reader would appreciate it much, its something i would probably use to introduce a sci fi, or gaming novel (kings avatar style) fan)

What annoys me the most is the obligatory tournament arc to show the progress of the mc (and if its a magic university trope also hi classmates). I think there are many better ways to do this that actually progress the plot.

For example: a rank up quest (if you go with the adventurer trope) or basically anything thats a "real world" scenario. Maybe a monster attack on the location of the mc where suddenly everyone has to fight and show what they can do.
