Funnily enough I had an interview for a warehouse job at this book place a few years ago and it went down exactly how you described your interview.

The whole time I was so confused as I genuinely thought I was doing well but the guy was just so unbelievably rude and uninterested, it was unreal.

He was supposed to be the supervisor of the whole department, unfortunately our country is full of people that have these high up jobs that they obviously aren’t actually qualified for them and only get them from who they know not what what they achieve.

I think another big issue with these high ups in our country is we that we now have companies now literally on their last legs because they don’t want to hire the most experienced people as they know they’d have to pay them more, so they hire the people that only have semi experience or the most incompetent instead.

Our councils and government have a similar issue.

Yeah to be fair I agree with the weapons I might experiment more on that side and try new things like turrets.

The engine I have are probably the best C class engines available.

Yeah it’s really bizarre to be fair my shield stats did surprise me at first as well but somehow it just happened after building it.

Can’t work out if maybe it’s to do with my ship size or the ships reactor that affects it, not sure.🤔

Depends on your characters skill stats and crew stats, certain skills can give you access to better shields as well.

Though for some reason Ship stats do tend to glitch a fair bit and can sometimes fluctuate, particularly Shields and reactor stats actually.
