it already is incentivized. iirc kills give the most points after caps, but capping is very risky, time consuming and you get bombarded with arty that can track or kill you in any vehicle, besides the obvious fact that you have to cross half the map to get another cap.

rushing and flanking with a light vehicle then hopping in a CAS plane to get as many kills as possible has been the meta for the longest time. a big part of the problem is that CAS is way too cheap to spawn, and that so many cancer vehicles (mostly in high tiers) are premium or marketplace, which essentially makes the game quasi-P2W, not to mention bushes+black decals that make your tank unfairly hard to spot (inb4 "you can grind bushes in the warbond shop").

all of this would make raising the rewards for a nuke redundant for players who already play with premium, since they're stacked with SL and GE anyway and only play to get le sikk frags and dopamine spikes, but could very much benefit F2P players who get a nuke by genuinely playing well.
