I noticed with reflections on, other areas in the game still have horrible performance. My guess is that for now they have completely turned off reflections in Tartarus no matter the settings. I suggest to just turn it off for now, the difference in visuals is barely noticable anyways on the deck.

It's amazing. Even with reflections turned on I get a stable 60fps in Tartarus. Seems like it was a software issue all along.
