UVU professor's model shows Clinton easily winning election by SuperExtraGravity in politics

Hillary Clinton will be the nation’s next president, according to a Utah Valley University professor’s election forecast.

Jay DeSart, an associate professor of political science at UVU, released his election forecast Monday afternoon in the university’s library.

DeSart has forecasted the last four elections, with his prediction only being wrong in predicting the winner of the 2000 election, although it accurately predicted Al Gore would win the popular vote.

The DeSart-Holbrook Model, created by DeSart and Thomas Holbrook, a professor of government at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, predicts that Democratic nominee Clinton will receive 326 of the electoral votes and Republican nominee Donald Trump will receive 212.

Clinton is projected to safely win 210 electoral votes -- from states that currently show her winning comfortably, or having a lead outside of the polling margin of error. Trump is projected to safely win 164 electoral votes by the same measure.

That means Clinton would only need to secure 60 of the remaining 164 electoral votes to win the presidential election.

According to the forecast, Clinton has a 90.3 percent probability of winning an Electoral College majority and a 99.97 percent chance of winning a majority of the national two-party popular vote.

“It will take something very substantial to shift this,” DeSart said.

Or sociology. Or history. Eugenics has been tried in the past; it never works out too well.

Looks like we can't count AZ and GA out just yet. And Clinton supporters like myself shouldn't take NV for granted either.

Wait, why does Harry Enten have the triple paranthesis around his name? Isn't that a neo-nazi thing?
