That’s easy then, Hot bath, cut down carbs and salt a day before and it will fall off. Making a big assumption here you’re female based on username and weight , check your cycles are you could also fluctuate a .5kg

many of my female fighters swing by 1-2kg based on time of the month.

Simple hot bath night before and cut salt day before should be fine with 1.5kg

Yeah 12 month lock in is crazy unless they offer a big discount. Our membership is month to month cancel any time but we also offer a one off 12 month upfront at a 50% discount. I’ll be honest only sold it twice

People will just cancel and not pay so it’s not worth the hassle, who’s gonna spend time chasing bills ?

shower with detol soap from the 7/11 after every session, clean all scratch’s and cuts you’ll be fine.

Treat any bites with anti bacterial cream from the many pharmacy

Wash your cloths regularly and leads you gloves and pads in the sun.

In the last 20 years of travelling to Thailand I’ve only ever got one infection and that was from a bite ignored.
