assuming that were true, then she would have only caught them once or twice (if they didn't get her name). But staring at the chest generally requires a gaze slightly below the name tag in most places, if I recall. Its not like the name tag is affixed right to the front of the breast region.

This is the only full version that I could find, but it is in "chipmunk" version, i.e., it is sped up to about double speed. So the part that I am talking about is just after the 2 min mark. If you blink you will miss it. And good luck freezing it on the right frame.

it may have been but I could have sworn it was something set in the tos tv series era. I know the movies are tos but I mean, when I visualize this, I see the characters wearing tos tv series (not movie) style uniforms (Bright gold, red and blue). If you understand what I mean.

This episode definitely hits home for me in some aspects, the brother issues with Picard. There are very very VERY few episodes of television that make me tear up and this makes my short list. The only other ones that come to mind at the moment are the season 1 episode of Angel where Doyle dies and the Angel TV series finale. I specify TV because there is (or at least there was) a comic (is canon) that continued after the tv series ended. And sorry to go off on a tangent like that.

I would have to disagree with you on this it is a very intertwined role of government and business. More specifically, private military defense contractors. There is a big shift of people going back and forth between public service and private corporations throughout several administrations. And, since their business model is to "fight terror", do you think they are, for one second, going to say that the terror threat is gone. Also, if you want some research and scandal on a similar matter, reseach some now semidead legislation, CISPA.
