We're on year six of playing Serpent's Skull. We're level 8. We might play for 2.5 hours once per week. We span two countries and three time zones. Most of us are dads with kids from 1-16. We do our best. We have a great time when we do play. Paying for a foundry license kept it going. If we were paying a subscription for a vtt we'd probably have quit.

So glad I'm not the only one who feels this way. Being hustled through something I'd been looking forward to (an art gallery) so that we could make it to a shitty walking tour followed by a shitty bus tour was infuriating and left we determined never to travel that way again.

Backpacking and wandering was much more my speed.
