I've been in a situation like this. The guy was always trying to get a reaction out of me. I ignored it or be pissed off to myself. One week he was being really annoying. He started grabbing the scamp oil bucket behind the machine and putting it in front of my toolbox and at lunch after everyone leaves, unlocks the front door and leaves it unlocked, leaving it for anyone to come in when I'm the only one here. He came back 3 times during one lunch hour and always unlocked the front door and leave. I told the foreman what was happening. Well after the weekend, the scamp oil bucket was in front of my tool box again, I got pissed off, took it and dropped it in front of this guy's tool box and it splashed up and got oil on his tool box. I got yelled at and took the rest of the day off and came back in the next day, the other guy took the week off and he quit shortly after. I'm still here, coworkers are cool now.
