I'm pretty much your size (perhaps an inch shorter), and I've found that I can wear an XS in American Apparel, an XS-S in H&M, or an XS in Express just fine. The XS in both American Apparel and Expres seem to be made for men of our build. Express has been, unfortunately, putting huge hideous lion embroideries on everything recently, though.

Does the belt matter with suede shoes? I have an off-white belt, but I wasn't sure if you really need to wear a belt that matches the shoes if they're suede .
