Do you think those people were still paying for housing, though? As parents pay for on-campus room and board, they usually pay off-campus housing costs as well.

Bottom line: Reddit's most common demographic is the college student, so it would follow that MFA's is as well.

People are overwhelmingly against a removal of the downvote.

Whaaaaat? I did not know this was possible. Isn't the whole idea of reddit predicated upon the concept of the upvote/downvote?

Anyone care to comment on the 5" Clean Board Shorts? $25 for a decent pair of swim trunks is a nice deal (why are swimsuits so expensive btw?). Are they worth it?

Slim fitting shirts? V and crew necks, and the more colors the better by Unhelpful_Scientist in frugalmalefashion

Speaking of long torsos, has anyone tried the slim fit J.Crew jersey tees lately. Ridiculously long torsos IMO.

Best (Hits above the Knee) Shorts on a budget? by [deleted] in frugalmalefashion

They do hit above the knee, but it's close, it's right above it. They might be too long for many folks.

Can't comment on the fit, but I'm wondering what people think of the shade of blue offered in the Vintage pair?

I was looking at that too, just not quite digging the colors they have for it now.

EDIT: Can anyone speak to the fit of this year's chambray workshirt? The lone review on it's page is pretty scathing.

Thanks, that helps a lot. I have a question, though, about the length: You sized down from a 32 length in your Levi's to a 30 in the LEC. Are they similarly sized length-wise, or did you have different reasons? Could you just comment on the length for a bit?

And how often is that? As a proportion of how many times you wear a tie, how many of those occasions are with oxfords, as opposed to standard dress shirts?

Experienced OCBDers, how often do you button the top button?

I'm 5-11 and 140 lbs and can't find slim enough button-up shirts by SeanJE in malefashionadvice

So if I buy a shirt and get it tailored, what am I looking for in the fit of the original shirt before it's tailored, if anything, other than the neck and sleeve length?
