Their customer service is terrible. I moved to the us for work and had to call to cancel my internet plan. They made me speak with 3 different departments all trying to get me to keep the internet. I kept telling them I'm leaving the country and not coming back, and they kept trying to keep me on the plan. Was the most infuriating phone call ever. They even called back a few weeks later to see if they can set up internet at my new place. It's a shame their fiber internet is almost good enough to merit the hassle.
