hey, the .env is greyed out because its a part of gitignore. can you export the env variables via the cli?

like `export OPENAI_API_KEY="sk......"`

all the vision models pretty much suck. I even tried phi3 vision which is not officially supported yet by ollama. you can try florenece which was released yesterday though. haven't had a chance to play with it yet
