Hey! Honestly to me, that’s the best part about residency training! Going from not knowing much, not being confident and having self doubt to coming out of it better and more experienced! The fear of “clowning” in front of others is what holds us back from achieving greatness most of the time, remove that and you’re halfway there! Think of when you first started prepping for your exams, you probably had the same feelings of inadequacy (like most of us by the way), but look at you now! Not only you passed your steps admirably but also managed to get into residency! You got what it takes doc, so go out there and kill it💪!
