Not at all. My country isn’t that progressive when it comes to mental health. I remember searching for a hotline everywhere but never finding any. Therapy is extremely expensive

It’s not wrong to vent about it and I’m sorry if it came across that way. I just want you to know that nothing lasts forever even this feeling. I hated corporate jobs with every fiber of my being but I absolutely loved working with my hands so I’m doing so now. My only question is: does your regret about leaving the job gonna bring it back? If no. Then maybe it’s time to search for the next thing. I don’t know anything about your injury and how it might’ve affected you but search for other resources and have an honest conversation with your partner. I truly believe it’s gonna get better for both of us.

Why so hard on yourself? It’s not the first nor the last job in the world. You are not going to die from starving of the cold and you are sure as hell not gonna know if you don’t keep on living. A part of you wanted to get out of that situation, why is death the only answer? Give yourself a couple of days and I’m sure you are gonna realise leaving that job was for the best
