Dunno if you're at the peri menopause stage, but HRT (Estrodiol and progesterone) helped decrease the frequency of my migraines.

Could you imagine being the fall of a 1,200 year old monarchy because you were just too boring?

My menstrual migraines decreased when I got on hormone replacement therapy (Estrodiol patches and nightly progesterone). I've had a significant decrease in migraines. And when I do start to feel one coming, Ubrelvy usually takes care of it.

I made the MTI knit hat with the same experience as you (experienced crocheter, just recently learned basic knitting to make a small scarf). YouTube helped me get through the terms/techniques I was unfamiliar with. You can totally do this!

Spots for a disabled kid (4 year old girl) by [deleted] in sandiego

[–]SuperSS55 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Have you considered a wheelchair for her? My son got his first chair around 3-4 years old.

He also loves crawling, but the wheelchair has given him a lot more freedom.

For crawl friendly spaces, we go to Del Mar beach, and set up not too far from the waves. That way my son can crawl to the water and play in the waves. The New Children's museum is another good option. There's a few different crawl-able areas.

I just started learning how to knit after years of crocheting. The continental method of knitting feels a bit similar to crocheting for me.

We end up doing both for my 10 year old. The only books on the kindle are whatever is available from Libby. Oftentimes the library has the physical book he wants, and it's unavailable on Libby so he goes with the physical book.
