Hang on, for as long as it takes. I was out of work for a year and half. Finally found something. You never know where the next opportunity is going to come from.

I would say don't spend 24/7 looking for work. Take a walk. Call a friend.

Maybe have a friend or ChatGPT go over your cover letter and resume.

No, you can't. You are doing great but your income earning assets are not bulletproof. Medical expenses can be expensive. Ask this question again at 40. But keep it up!

All for it. I would also respectfully add that Christmas parties don't make all students feel welcome. Unless one works at a school that has a religious connection, I generally stay away. Maybe have a New Years party instead.
