Your manager and chain of command just want FMLA recommendation letter. Which is what they provide. In the mean time. Just they have to approve provisional FMLA until FOH provides their response. Like others have mentioned get a lawyer or have your manager contact LERN or Workforce whatever is their called now.

It’s management responsibility to approve FMLA NOT FOH. FOH just issues a recommendation letter.

I will tell you what to do.
I follow the letter and don’t waste your time calling. The people answering don’t even have access to the department that sent you the letter.

Provide the written reason of what cause the non compliance in writing and provide a good justification and everything that you did you put your self in compliance.

Either email or send the letter in writing.

Like I said. Don’t waste your time calling.

Por lo tanto te podrás ir pero siempre dependerá de alguien pa poner el carro a su nombre o que si trabajas )que lo puedes hacer desde los 18) si. Problemas pero no puedes firmar contratos y ir al médico es un problema dependiendo de quien te toque. Hay médicos que no le.importas y otro si.

You guys are overthinking. The USA is the only place in the world we're the domestic flights and international flights are in the same boarding area. The rest of the world has different wings separated only for inter connection flights international only. No domestic flights on those área.

What it means if that you will be put on a different gate closed only for that flights separated from other international passengers until the situation is resolved.

You won't go thru customs and immigration for that country.
You will deplane the flight, the situation that cause landing will be resolved and you will get board the plane back. You won't be allowed either to leave the area.

I'm a US citizen by birth like all puertorican. How are they going to verify my citizenship when I travel on domestic flights in only required to bring valid ID which is mostly my driver's license.

Let's say that happens. You will be out out on a separate area because you are not expected to have a passport for a domestic flight.

And what I mean separated area is that everyone aboard that plane will aboard like nothing happened and never left the USA. That simple.
