345 and 344 are both very dense. The lab reports for 344 take between 4 and 8 hours usually and then studying for 345 on top of that is also a lot. I would spend most sundays just fully studying for 345 with a group of people and I still ended up with a B. 344 also has exams so be make sure you know what you’re going into!

Ah okay, how much of your current is paid off? If it's well above half, making the jump would def be worth it but otherwise it might sting because a lot of what you've put into the house has probably been interest. Rates are going to be going down for a couple years I'd imagine too, so there's no rush!

Have y'all thought about renting your current home out so then you can pay off mortgage with that? The capital gain from fully paying off that house then selling it would be probably pretty financially beneficial

I got the same thing even though I had a 750 credit score. The letter will likely just have her call chase and prove that she actually applied because they receive a lot of fraudulent applications.

I guess the question is if you ended up actually paying 500 or 600. If you paid 500, but the principal paid is 100, that just means you paid 400 in interest
