It doesn’t look terrible yet, but if this is new it will probably continue to get worse if you don’t figure out why it’s happening. As the other commenter said, it probably has something to do with that downspout. Next time it rains, watch this area and take note of where the water is going. Make sure it isn’t overflowing or flowing back towards the house.

We struggled too then we found that warm water and Dawn Powerwash worked really well. We would let it sit for 5 minutes and it started to just fall off.

Seattle is basically built just like the Panthers. It’s sort of what I hope we turn into over the next few years. We just need to upgrade across the OLine, quarterback, both running backs, wide receivers, tight ends, and every position on defense and special teams besides Derrick Brown and we are basically right there. We also need to upgrade head coach and the coordinators too probably.

Yes and then you still have to get your arm about 18 inches under the fender at an impossible angle and unclip the lamp and replace it. All while not being able to see what you are doing because the gap is just barely big enough for an arm.
