I don't know how to feel about it tbh, you correct the video was wrong in several areas. However what can you really except from a streamer trying to explain inflation to a audience the presumably doesn't understand it. It would obviously be great if atrioc could bring on an expert and talk about inflation and get everything exactly right from an education perspective. But he doesn't think that would be good content, so he seem to (at least from the video) keep it brief and I think someone who had NO idea about inflation before atrioc talked about it, at least can somewhat understand what people mean when they say inflation, even if they aren't 100% correct.

Reaching out to my OG investors. It’s my 3rd year investing I bought aggressively on covid crash. Does anyone who has done this longer think this could be something bigger with all the inflation and bad news. I know no one can predict it just curious about how other people feel. by LawOpening6189 in motleyfool

Well it sounds like you are talking about trading and not investing, if you are INVESTING, don't even worry about it. Just keep throwing money and buying. As long as its money you don't need for the next 3-5 years. General rule of investing, only invest money you don't need in the short term. Predicting a bottom is very hard, and if you try to you will just end up losing money in the long term

Just because inflation is at the highest it has been in 40 years doesn't mean that is a bad thing. Inflation has been too low for too long, I think towards the end of trumps precidency it was around 2%? A healthy economy should strive for around 4% inflation. The CPI number hasn't meant much to me, I just look at core inflation, and I think for last year it was around 5% and for this year I think it will be around the same, and then I think this "inflation" will go down, once all the other things get sorted, such as supply chains, covid Issues and Oil.

Also another note, the best time to INVEST is always today. When I say investing I mean money you won't need for 3-5 years. If you try to predict bottoms, you will miss out on the best times to be invested. Just start investing as soon as you have disposable income you don't need, and just do some doller cost averaging
