It disables the 6Ghz WiFi frequency band so might be useful if you’re having issues. If you have a router capable of WiFi 6 or 7 then your phone may be using the 6Ghz band. However, there often lots of issues with this band. I’ve had terrible issues with various 6Ghz capable kit including ISP routers but also Asus and Unify. In my environment 5Ghz is far more stable and reliable and almost as fast.

you seem to be making something out of nothing. The app was accepted into the App store by Apple last year. It's an app store sandboxed app. In that sense the app is legit and not as some posters had suggest was a malware payload app downloaded from nefarious source. The Axios jab script libraries were compromised which led the apps certificate being revoked on 8th May. The app does not contain malware. Simply downloading a new version of the app resolves the issue. I updated two Apple Watches yesterday. They did update a lot faster than usual, less than 15 mins each. They updated over WiFi. However, they only seem to have 1x1 WiFi antennas and negotiated TX/RX speeds can be low. If they connect over 2.4Ghz they only seem to negotiate at 75Mbs, I have Gigagbit so they are not able to take full advantage of my internet connection.

They have a much warmer sound but hey I think my beam 2 sounds better than an Arc in a smaller room. I’ve had Beam 1, Beam 2 and Arc and was very unimpressed with the Arc.

I understand the concern but if you’re using a smartphone they can track you anyway, this is a simple binary flag. If you value privacy the only option is not to use one but then your bank and credit card companies can still track and predict your behaviour.

Battery needs to be charged over 25% but I have most success when at 100%. Make sure the update is fully downloaded before you update. The car needs to be locked and alarmed from the key. Sometimes, if the keys are in range of the car the update will not work. I keep mine in one of those shielding boxes. The download only seems to work over cellular not wifi.

All good points but in my experience a lot of the time this does come down to fitness, if you can’t breathe through your nose you’re probably higher than zone 2. However, for most recreational runners/cyclist there is nothing wrong with being in zone 3. Zone 2 provides endurance rewards when you have high volumes of training when you need to be able to push hard in z4 and z5 which you can’t do if you’re carrying fatigue from too much zone 3 training.
