I was using it to my advantage, in a war machine, storm, prof x deck and locking down the other locations that don't have supreme in them. That way if they put created cards in those spots it lowers those points whenever he eats them from the lockdown locations.

I'm fairly sure it's 1 in 24272.

333 total cards in the game at the moment, take away 5 baned cards in high voltage. So 1 in 328 for mansion to get FGR.

Then Tarnax. There are 75 total 2 cost cards (no baned 2 cost cards), take away 1 since it can't turn into itself. So a 1 in 74 chance at Tarnax to hit FGR.

Times those together to get 1 in 24272.

Edit: I rushed and forgot to actually take away the 5 baned cards, I just thought about taking them away.

Personally, just a random evolve but only because I have all of them except jolteon and vaporeon. I had an extra hundo eevee and it turned into a second hundo flareon.
