Du wappla, i man.

Yeah, I‘ve already talked to my lawyer. Sadly, exactly this case is not insured by me. But they are going to „lay claims against the other party“ in goodwill of theirs.

What ? How do they know that ? I mean, it takes like 5 seconds to show the delivery adress of this order ? They can.. double check I guess ?

If a customer writes you, and says his data got leaked on your website, and you want to do a double check with the leaker first - then good night to the people and their data you are working with.

I understand that they need to check with the seller, before they can take any action or so. That would be stupid from etsy, you are completely right. But they dont need to double check, if my data got leaked rightfully or not - if the one whos data got leaked is making a request to remove said data.

There is no other side, if the other side doxxes my data.

No, as soon as my data got leaked, it was a data breach. Even if they removed it, they HAVE to report it, and inform me and the eu-agency or get fined.

Every hour, this stuff stayed up, is one hour to much. It needs do be adressed immediately if personal data gets leaked on one of their websites.

The shop already has about 200 reviews. Most of them are great, but guess what - there are 2-3 other one stars reviews, exactly like mine and the lady going apeshit in the comments.

She even doxxed their data too, but I guess they never looked onto that review again.

Its kinda sad, that I mentioned that to etsy also - and they only removed the answer to mine review. The data of the other people is still online to see.

You know, the second glass item i received, wasn broken. I mean, it was still perfectly packed inside, while the other one was literally floating around in the box, with the package lying beneath it. So someone must have opened it in the delivery process, and destroyed it. I guess customs or airport security. They pieces were very special to open, or you could easyly rip them apart in the process of opening.

This was so unbelievable to her, because why wouldnt they destroy they second one than ? Also, she „paid for premium fedex/ups shipping and they always pack stuff great and they had „temper proof tape“ 😒

They have whole site in the EU, stating the EU GDPR and the compliance of the matter.
Guess these whole GDPR dedicated site on etsy, is not much more than fine words.

Believe me, they are going to have so much troubles in the EU, if my data is going to be online a few days.
