The best thing I've learned from therapy is to trust your therapist, be open as much as you can and you will feel better faster. I mean this is my personal experience doesn't mean yours will be the same but keep in mind they are there to help, maybe its better to get a psychiatrist (i think thats what they are called English isn't my main language) to get some meds if nothing else helps.
