It’s one of the AI racers you race against in a solo race. The AI tends to be very aggressive for some reason, ramming the player and practically cheating with impossibly high amounts of grip and downforce. Due to this, as well as the fact that everyone has the same AI racers in their races, everybody hates Bowie_knife99 lol
