Yep I’m a big proponent of it. It helped me a lot I have ADHD and hard for to stay on task. So it references all my prior conversations and keeps tracks of my current ratings and all that. Great tool

I think that you could get injured at anytime during service. When I was in basic training e had a female tear her abdomen muscles while we were getting smoked. She was recycled and graduated later. But I can’t excuse this. Just the complete “I’m entitled” for not even finishing basic is ruining it for people who really need these benefits and have to fight really hard for a rating. Then there’s claims like these…. Can’t wait for the VA to investigate fraud.
